| I finally did it! I beat Google to it! While reviewing the most recent post from the band Handful of Zygotes, I wanted a word to describe their state of flux, real or imagined. So the word "nascenticity" came to my brain: The state of something constantly coming into existence or just getting started. That yielded 1 Google result. I'm onto something here! I'm just about to create a new word.
So then I looked up "nascentoxication," a portmanteau of nascent and intoxication, a word I dub to mean: The condition of being consumed by the idea of coming into existence. Example: Handful of Zygotes has a bad case of nascentoxication; they're always switching up their members! Sure enough, no hits on Google! I've made a word ;) 0 Comments | Leave a Comment |
