| Well, well, it looks like I have finally joined the ranks of "escribitionists" and "jounalers" by opening up this on-line journal/blog. In it I hope to discuss music (music I'm interested in, or music I'm working on), geek stuff (programming, .NET, php, etc.), website updates, and life in general. I'll call this first post more of a "life in general" post as the only thing I can think of posting is a random dream I had last night...
I had a dream that I was out in the woods (near a city?), and I was walking under a large tree with a tree house high in its branches. People were regularly going up and down this tree. All of a sudden I hear a shot from up above in the tree house, and some people were shouting, "The President's dead!" Then I realized it was a flashback, and I was witnessing the assassination of President Lincoln. But then I started thinking about it, and my thoughts were, "Wait a minute, wasn't he assassinated in a theater?" The other part of my brain was like, "No, that was Kennedy." "Oh," I thought, before I woke up from the unusual dream. Upon waking I realized that only the first sentence in my three sentence intra-dialogue was correct, and it was probably spoken by my waking mind in an attempt to talk some sense into my dream mind. It apparently didn't work. Anyways, what does the dream mean? Any thoughts? It probably means I didn't have a proper dinner the night before. |
