Falling Things 1.0
Download Falling Things 1.0 - FREE! Falling Things 1.0 is a free downloadable tetrimino game that I programmed in VB.Net. It was initially called "VB.Netris". The "Falling Things" theme song, "game over" riff, and "high scores" song were all recorded and edited in a very short time in my home studio. You'll need to have the .NET 2.0 framework installed before you can run the program which can be download here. Be warned, the music starts rather suddenly when you start a new game. Pictured to the right is a snapshot of the program in action. Colorful, eh? That was my sister's idea... Click on the picture to enlarge it.
The Light Saber Project
This program will probably have to be named something else when I get it done, something like "The Light Sword Project" or whatever. I'm CERTAIN that calling it "The Light Saber Project" at the end of the day will be copyright infringement. This project is basically a way to easily overlay light saber effects over video files (using a filmstrip file, which can be created in Photoshop). I was looking for a way to get past frame by frame rotoscoping, and so I thought about creating a program to facilitate this. Would anyone be interested in this sort of thing? If so, let me know. Pictured to the right is a snapshot of what my program will do currently (a.k.a you can load a filmstrip file and draw a light saber after defining x amount of points).
